The Repair Explainer mobile app does not create accounts or upload your videos to a server.

The videos you record, and the combined videos the app makes, stay on your phone and in your camera roll. The app asks for camera and microphone access to record, and for permission to add to your photo library to save.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

If you use the support form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so our team can respond. Those details are sent to our team’s Slack workspace for handling your request. Website hosting processes the request, and temporary request limits help prevent spam. Please don’t include passwords or sensitive customer information.
